Upon regaining his physical form, the Collector appears as a yellow-skinned boy with a patch of blue skin on both his left leg and the left side of his face (the latter, which includes freckles, simulating a crescent moon), as well as white hair and eyes with yellow sclera and orange irises. This form is projected by a dark, circular mirror with a crescent moon symbol upon it.
